Great service I brought my GMC Canyon in for Waranty tire service (nail) and Bill Hevel evaluated the damaged and quickly ordered my tire for replacement. He called me the next day to come in and swap out the tire. While I was there I asked if I could schedule an oil change. Bill said he could save me a trip and got my tire rotation and oil/filter change all done in a timely manner. This my second working with Bill and he hit another homerun for me. I would highly recommend him and his service team! More

Excellent and Honest Service - by Bill Hevel at Crown Buick I have been to Crown Buick and a local auto repair shop for maintenance work on my 2004 Pontiac Aztek. Both have done good work, but (surprisingly) Cr I have been to Crown Buick and a local auto repair shop for maintenance work on my 2004 Pontiac Aztek. Both have done good work, but (surprisingly) Crown Buick was less expensive when quoted for the exact same work (replacing an old serpentine belt and air filter). Bill Hevel is the only service manager I have dealt with at Crown, and I would recommend him. He is probably the best dealership service manager I have dealt with over the last 40 years -- both friendly and nice and accommodating (if you need work done quickly). The comment about being honest is based on his confirming that I did not need certain parts replaced that the other garage recommended getting done even when I told him the other garage suggested replacing it. So, he didn't do what would have resulted in more work and a higher cost to me if he did not believe it was necessary. So far, I have not had a reason to go back to Crown to test their warranty, but I trust they stand by their work. More
