My Service Advisor, Dave Biagi, was very helpful in recommending additional maintenance which was necessary for the tires to have an alignment...definitely made the right decision to take his advice. Will definitely continue service there. More

Not impressed with this dealership I visited this dealership a couple times to buy a new Sierra. Their sales staff never had answers to my questions and I was less than impressed so I I visited this dealership a couple times to buy a new Sierra. Their sales staff never had answers to my questions and I was less than impressed so I purchased elsewhere. I have now brought my vehicle in for service and am not impressed with the service department either. They didn't keep their appointment times, wouldn't give a loaner, and were slow on communication. My truck was not repaired and when I called back to make a follow up appointment they basically blew me off. My truck has numerous issues that GM is saying are normal. Poor Quality. More

Thank You Bill Hevel Bill Hevel's professionalism and customer service skills should be an inspiration to all other service advisors at Crown Buick. I had to bring my 201 Bill Hevel's professionalism and customer service skills should be an inspiration to all other service advisors at Crown Buick. I had to bring my 2013 Chevy Sonic in for a check up after a minor fender bender. I didn't see any damage but I wanted to be sure there wasn't any structural damage...and it was time for an oil change as well. I have been going to Bill for years and has always been sincere and honest about the work that my vehicle needs so I knew that I would not being taken advantage of because I am a woman and know zero about cars. I will never bring my car in for service unless I know that Bill is going to be there because I appreciate his friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge. He always describes the services recommended along with charges I can expect. I never feel pressured and I trust him and the information he provides me about my car.. More

Awesome Customer Service! My Buick Verano had a slow leak in one tire. It couldn't be found the first time in but Chris Sullo (who has always been very professional and up fro My Buick Verano had a slow leak in one tire. It couldn't be found the first time in but Chris Sullo (who has always been very professional and up front with me) didn't give up....I called him to let him know it was still loosing air somewhere. He asked me to bring it in. I did, the guys in the shop found the leak. I had purchased the Tire and Wheel Warranty when I purchase the vehicle. The tire was replaced.... job done well!
