Great car care near to my house. Crown Buick/GMC has been taking care of my car for over 10 years. I truly believe that my 1994 Buick Skylark would not be running around the streets Crown Buick/GMC has been taking care of my car for over 10 years. I truly believe that my 1994 Buick Skylark would not be running around the streets if it wasn't for their great care. And so close to my house too.....just about a 15 minute ride. Greg Berry has been my service advisor for over 5 years, and he is very thorough and advises me of what's happening to my car. Harry Ossenberg used to be my advisor, but he is now in Warranty, and I'm sure he is giving great service to all of his new customers. Doris Smith always gives a friendly smile when you're ready to check out, and makes sure you have your receipt and any paperwork you need, and has one of the guys get my car pulled up for me. . The past two visits, I actually got to stay in the waiting area, which is just beautiful. The vending machines are great, coffee/tea if you want it, TV to sit & watch, along with magazines, newspapers, and even a "popcorn' machine.....which, I just had to make myself a bag to munch on. You can even view the new cars, as the showroom is accessible to the waiting area, and if you want to practice your "putting", they have a golf putt area too. It's really nice to sit & wait for your car, but if for some reason you could not wait -- or they had to keep the car -- they will give you a courtesy ride home. I'm glad I have my car serviced at Crown Buick/GMC in St. Petersburg, as they surely give great car car, and the personnel & facility are terrific too. More

Fantastic service with William Hevel Service adviser Had my company car in for some front end work on a Friday. William had to work with the Fleet Management company to get authorized. It took a lot of communication on his part and got the ok to proceed. I had to use it Monday so he had the mechanic work late Friday night and come in on Saturday to complete the job. I picked it up Saturday. Great job by William and I wish I knew the name of the mechanic!! More

Tight situation We were desperately in need of a new battery. Ours required a jump, just to start the car, so we had to drive somewhere and get a new one with no sto We were desperately in need of a new battery. Ours required a jump, just to start the car, so we had to drive somewhere and get a new one with no stops and no time to shop around. We pulled into Crown. GREAT move! Chris Sullo was wonderful to work with. Took care of us immediately and told us the amount of time it would take (which was about half of what we were expecting!) The best part was, the job was completed in less time than he predicted. That has NOT been our experience with previous dealership service areas we've worked with. We will ABSOLUTELY be returning to Crown for future service. More

A small part on the steering wheel broke and new part had been ordered. Less than a week later and the part arrived and I made an appointment to have the work taken care of. I barely waited an hour for it to be taken care of. The service area is extremely clean and the coffee is good! When I initially had it in there for an oil change a week prior, they washed my car, as they always do when I bring it in for service. I also have to commend the young gentlemen who washed my car. I pointed out a perfectly round black spot on each of my wheels. I couldn't get it off, and the manager tried also, to no avail. This young gentlemen who washed my car, realized it was sticky glue from possibly a round sticker, and he got those spots off for me and I say thank you again to him. More
