Chris Sullo and Brain Hartford are proficient!! Chris Sullo immediately greeted us at the door, ready to help. We explained our situation and that we had been to 7 different auto businesses and had Chris Sullo immediately greeted us at the door, ready to help. We explained our situation and that we had been to 7 different auto businesses and had no resolve. He explained every detail and answered every question we asked! We were so impressed and felt very comfortable with his answers- Chris went above and beyond what our expectations were after dealing with other dealerships. He was honest and straight forward. Brian Hartford was the technician on our vehicle and he eloquently explained the issues and how to resolve. They both gave us a timeline for how long it will take to repair and took the time to actually SHOW us the problems. Brian did excellent work and he gave us peace of mind that our car would be back to normal in no time. We had a diagnosis on Tuesday and our vehicle was completely fixed on Thursday after the parts were ordered. Chris and Brian are the ones to go see!! We will be recommending them in the future. Thank you very much. We will be back to work with our favorite service gentlemen, Chris and Brian if there are any more issues. Thank you! More

Dave went above and beyond to help us. We had a bad service experience with a dealership in Orlando. He helped us getting the proper attention that was required. We couldn't have been more pleased when arriving for service with our new Acadia (purchased from Crown) to see him standing there with a big smile. He has earned our trust so much over the years thatlast week we brought our 2005 Trail Blazer to Crown for service. There is no one we trust more than Chris to see that it's ready to be transferred to our grandson. We are in our 80's and travel so it's important to us to have someone we can call for guidance if we have a problem on the road.
