FANTASTIC COLLISION DEPARTMENT Steve Lucas was so good about getting back when I called. My new Acadia had extensive damage that he and his crew fixed beautifully. Over the years, I have done business at a number of dealerships for various reasons. Time and again, the Crown family has surpassed my expectations. I currently have my vehicle serviced at Crown Buick and Mr. Dave Biagi is my "go to". Since meeting Dave, he has been "on it". He gets me in for service around my schedule and is always a pleasure to deal with. Service is prompt and the car wash is appreciated. The waiting room is always spotless, wi-fi and vending if needed and the rest of the staff always polite and friendly. More

Much to my surprise the car was repaired in the same day and at absolutely no charge.
