Hats off to our service manager! I scheduled an oil change in my 2012 Buick with Greg Berry. He is and has been our service advisor for 8 great years. My service advisor got me a tire rebate! My car needed new tires and I called this dealership's service department to get a quote. I had an appointment the next day. My vehicle was ready whe My car needed new tires and I called this dealership's service department to get a quote. I had an appointment the next day. My vehicle was ready when promised and my service advisor informed me of a $100.00 tire rebate and even completed the rebate form for me. I got what I paid for and more. More

We had superior service from Lisa Guttery from the time we took it for a test dr We purchased a new GMC Canyon from Crown Buick GMC in St Petersburg,. We had superior service from Lisa Guttery from the time we took it for a test drive until we drove it off the lot as our new truck,,,,Lisa helped us set everything up including pairing our phones to Bluetooth, She told us we can call her anytime with questions!! Lisa is a very good salesperson,,,,no high pressure but is there to answer any & all questions we had!!!Matthew Yee handled the financing of our truck, He is a very nice young man, He explained all additional products available such as warranties & recommended what would best serve our needs!!
