Individual Results May Vary My particular advisor was good. William Hevel did a good job. My problem is with the lack of proactive greetings when you enter the service area. Cubicles are either empty or full of advisors, but either way no one ever greets you when you enter, so you end up waiting and waiting and waiting to be acknowledged or helped by someone. They did give me a ride to work while my car was being repaired. Oh and they lost the little black cap on my tire inflation valve too. I am not ready to give up on Crown yet, but there is definitely room for improvement. More

"I couldn't have asked for more!" I needed first time service on my 2006 Hummer H2 that I bought second hand. I had never even been to a GMC dealership, since I've been a Ford/Lincoln buyer my whole life, let alone need to work with someone in the service department. My experience with Chris Sullo was outstanding. As a business owner, I value excellent communication, attention to detail, and someone willing to go the extra mile. And working with Chris, that is what I got. We even had a post service issue that required his attention, and he was on it. Because Chris understands that service doesn't stop after the customer leaves the lot. My next car might be at Crown Buick GMC. More

Employees assistance purchased a 2014 Encore with the help of Tammy Wagner and recently while there for service I looked at a new Encore. My 14 Encore is still in great purchased a 2014 Encore with the help of Tammy Wagner and recently while there for service I looked at a new Encore. My 14 Encore is still in great shape and I love it but was walking thru showroom while waiting for car to be completed when I spotted a 16 Encore. Was just looking but Tammy went out of her way to show me what my old car is worth and what I could do with the new car. Even though my old car was 3 grand upside down she worked the numbers and I found I could but the new car and keep my payments comparable without any money out of my pocket. My wife and I are talking thru the program and thinking about the change. Even with no promise of purchasing the new vehicle Tammy went above and beyond to show me what I could do. No pressure, no hype or promises Tammy provided the numbers to me. Amazing experience. More
