Great Service and Service Department Made an appointment for service with Greg for my GMC. I showed up on time and they took my vehicle right in and told me about 2 hours. Two hours and 1 Made an appointment for service with Greg for my GMC. I showed up on time and they took my vehicle right in and told me about 2 hours. Two hours and 1 minute later my vehicle was not only repaired and ready, it was spotlessly clean. You cannot ask for better service or better care. Everyone was friendly and professional. Don't waste your time I went to crown Buick gmc to look at an Acadia for my wife. First I waited literally 20 minutes before I was approached then they couldn't find a sale I went to crown Buick gmc to look at an Acadia for my wife. First I waited literally 20 minutes before I was approached then they couldn't find a salesperson to help me. After they found one I was promised all kinds of deals because it was December. I told them maybe I would bring in my wife's current car for a trade in and made an appointment for the next day. Not only was the sales person not there and the sales manager pushed me to another sales person a rude nasty Obnoxious guy. After 20 minutes I told him i would rather deal with the salesgirl from the day before. I have left 3 voicemails for the General manager to tell him about my experience It's been a month and I'm still waiting for a call back More
