Don't waste your time I went to crown Buick gmc to look at an Acadia for my wife. First I waited literally 20 minutes before I was approached then they couldn't find a sale I went to crown Buick gmc to look at an Acadia for my wife. First I waited literally 20 minutes before I was approached then they couldn't find a salesperson to help me. After they found one I was promised all kinds of deals because it was December. I told them maybe I would bring in my wife's current car for a trade in and made an appointment for the next day. Not only was the sales person not there and the sales manager pushed me to another sales person a rude nasty Obnoxious guy. After 20 minutes I told him i would rather deal with the salesgirl from the day before. I have left 3 voicemails for the General manager to tell him about my experience It's been a month and I'm still waiting for a call back More
