Service I purchased a LaCrosse last week and a special ordered set new wheels that would be delivered the following week. When dropping my car off Dave was ve I purchased a LaCrosse last week and a special ordered set new wheels that would be delivered the following week. When dropping my car off Dave was very helpful and provided a courtesy vehicle. Later that afternoon I decided to have my windows tinted, Dave checked if but the schedule was full because of the Holidays, but would get the car in if a cancellation happens. HE DID IT ! I could prior to arriving at the dealership about a vehicle and when I got, Amy Simpson first confirmed it was there prior to me driving 45 minutes to be disappointed and had it pulled up front for me. From the beginning Amy was very informative and honest instead of lying to make a sale. She insured I was able to drive the vehicle and get a good fee and answered any and all questions I had. Nothing but the best Dave Biagi is a ROCK STAR! He had to jump through some considerable hoops and turn over a dozen rocks to find the answers to a tricky extended warrant Dave Biagi is a ROCK STAR!
