This place knows what it's doing when it comes to a genuine car buying process. I have recently been swamped at work, pressed on time as a wife and mother, but above all...in need of a reliable car. I contacted sales consultant John Lajb, and explained my situation. We spoke for a few and he suggested their large inventory, although he had a feeling that he knew the perfect car, in stock, that had the safety features I wanted as well as being in the parameters of my budget at the same time. John was very understanding of my availability and offered to bring the car to my work and did a fantastic presentation along with a COMFORTABLE test drive. Not always the case... General Sales Manager Mike Mathis as well as General Manager Craig Blacklidge worked with us personally and compassionately to fit my gorgeous Buick Verano within my budget as well as an awesome warranty provided through the "Crown Confidence Plan". I've never had a better car buying experience in my life being almost 30 years old. Thanks again John Lajb for your knowledge and courtesy in regards to my accommodations. The dealership was recommended by a family memember My husband and I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle at Crown Buick, St. Petersburg, Florida. The dealership was recommended by a family memember and she was right. The service and professionalism did not disappoint. Upon arrival we met a salesman by the name of Jeff. He was very friendly and courteous, and began to assist us with our search for a vehicle. We mentioned we were referred by a family member and that she had recommended we see Tony;at which point Jeff sought out Tony for us. Tony immediately came over to see us and was very happy to help us. He was occupied with another customer at the time, but assured us he would be with us as soon as possible. He asked if it would be okay for Jeff to continue to help us so we could get started until he could join us. My husband and I thought it was nice of him to have Jeff help us so that we wouldn't have to sit around and wait for him. Tony checked on us regularly, inquiring if we were okay, if we needed anything, or had any questions that needed to be answered. Our overall experience was excellent and we are grateful to our Sales Professional, Tony Clouse. He oversaw all the aspects of our sale and took us through the working of our vehicle. We were equally impressed with the fact that we were introduced to the General Manager and were excited to learn he was from our origianl hometown. Tony, and the team went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and well provided for, including getting us something to eat as we had not eaten all day and coming to our home to pick some paperwork. These days that's unheard of. Other places we've dealt with require you to bring back the paperwork, or hold up the transaction until you do. I can't say enough about Tony Clouse, and Jeff, as they worked tirelessly for us and we left feeling valued as a customer. More

Best car salesman in the universe Buying a new car should be fun, but rarely is. Sales folks should tell you at least a little bit about all those electronics on the dash board.....but they rarely (if ever) do. Enter Tony Clouse, not only great at what he does in sales, but really seemed to me to be a truly genuine person. When he took my offer back and forth between myself and the finance gods....I felt like he was working for me. And he made looking at the cars fun. I was trading in a car and feel I really got a wonderful deal all around for the trade and the purchase. And it was this particular salesman that made the deal happen the way I wanted it. And even though this dealership closes at 8:00 p.m., and it was close to then when all the paperwork was signed....Tony spent a good amount of time showing me how to use the GPS and other electronic "stuff" on the car. I can't recommend this dealership and more particularly, this salesman enough. If you want a Buick....go to Crown!! And although I'm sure their sales staff are all great, if you want to work with someone who is knowledgeable and professional and a terrific person....ask for Tony Clouse. I also need to say the high esteem I had for Bob Patterson who I think was the manager who worked with Tony to make this happen. He was wonderful and had a great sense of humor. Who woulda thought you'd get THAT when buying a car? I also used the service department to have some extras added to my car a few days later. When I drove up, Greg Berry in service made me feel like a VIP. I might even look forward to those oil changes now! More
