Great service Greg Berry has been my service manager for a little over four years. In my opinion he treats others as he would want to be treated. Canyon Acceleration Hesitation Problem Before writing a review, I wanted to drive my truck to be sure it was fixed. I have driven it 1,961 miles and the problem has not occurred. Before, it was my understanding that the new Canyons were just this way and hesitated occasionally when you accelerated. So far it has performed like it should and I am very pleased with how Mike Mathis got me in there right away, put me in a loaner and had Chris Sullo listen to what I had to say, get it in their service department and fix it.
