After meeting Tony Clouse we were no longer apprehensive. I was referred to Tony Clouse and found him to be caring, compassionate, concerned about the current financial situation and made sure we were given all information needed to make the right decision. He did not apply pressure, went that extra mile with undivided attention and wanted to be sure we were happy with our decision. After all these years, we finally found Tony, a salesman, that we can depend on to help us and we will refer other customers to him because he is an honest man, not looking out for himself, he looks out for his customers. I give him a 5 star rating which he so deserves. He has earned credibility from us from our first interaction with him and I rate him as Salesman of the Year. I would also like to give Robert Patterson a 5 star rating. He is the Sales Manager whom helped us make the deal. He also in my book is a caring, concerned manager whom puts his customers first not like other sales managers whom are for themselves. It makes a difference for the average persons life to deal with such quality people as stated above. More

Before, it was my understanding that the new Canyons were just this way and hesitated occasionally when you accelerated. So far it has performed like it should and I am very pleased with how Mike Mathis got me in there right away, put me in a loaner and had Chris Sullo listen to what I had to say, get it in their service department and fix it.
