My windshield was cracked while truck was being repaired. Was told to by service manager Gregg Berry ro file an insurance claim because that they would replace windshield. Why should I file a claim against my insurance when I was not at fault? Very dissatisfied and will be contacting my attorney to follow up on this. It’s just a matter of principle!!! More
