As a veteran I’ve lived all over this country and abroad and as such have bought vehicles in many different locations. Crown Buick GMC was one of the dealerships that I visited when I was looking for a new pickup to replace my 2013 Ford F-150. From the second I stepped onto the lot I was immediately catered to by Boris my salesman. He wasn’t over bearing and actually listened to what I was saying and looking for, something the other dealerships failed to do. Boris was a pleasure to deal with and made sure that I test drove several different pickups until I found the GMC 1500 Sierra Denali that I would ultimately end up purchasing. I wanted to make several changes to the Denali and Boris ensured that those changes were made exactly to my liking. Then to add a final touch to an already pleasurable experience Boris offered to bring my new truck to my house and take away my trade in when I got home from a very long business trip abroad. To say that Boris is an excellent salesman would be a gross understatement, the man is a stellar ambassador and representative for Crown GMC Buick. John Grundon assisted in setting up my service visit. I have over 100,000 miles on my 2017 GMC Truck and I try to make sure it's well taken care of. I came in for an oil change and a little while after I arrived Mr Grundon advised me that my rear brakes and rotors needed addressing. I had the front done on a previous visit. I don't feel pressure when I come in for service just the choices laid out for me to decide on. I like this dealership and it's staff, I bought my truck here and my wife has purchased two cars and leased one from here. It's a great dealership. More
