Crown Buick Encore Shopping On July 4th-shortly before closing- I stopped into Crown Buick to take a look at Encores after finding them appealing online. I was immediately greeted by Craig Blacklidge/GM with a warm smile, followed by a nice conversation. He was quick to match me with Amy Simpson/Sales, who was very accommodating! There were two Encores that I liked, so Jarred Sullivan quickly provided Amy a print out of their specs so that I could review them at home. Remember, that this was a holiday, but no one was rushing or pushing me so they could leave to celebrate the 4th! In fact, it was just the opposite. Everyone made me feel like a valued customer, so I am continuing to w/w Amy while considering purchasing! More

Air-conditioning nightmare I had about lost my faith in crown until I came to crown buick and had a awsome service guy named Dave Biagi! I bought a buick from crown Honda with I had about lost my faith in crown until I came to crown buick and had a awsome service guy named Dave Biagi! I bought a buick from crown Honda with broken ac they tried to fix it unsuccessful 5 different times before allowing me 2come to buick with it. Dave had to make a bunch of calls and deal with so much 2 get my situation resolved. He also got my service planned changed to buick so I would not have any more issues. He is a great service guy and I look forward to dealing with him with you future service! More
