I did not have to wait to see him when I arrived and he kept me informed in a very timely manner through the entire process. Chris was quick to get me into a loaner car the minute he realized that they would be keeping my car. He kept me well informed the next day of what was going on and let me know as soon as my car was ready for me to come and pick up which was well before lunch time. He was even so kind as to hold my car door open for me as I left. He is a very professional gentleman. Chris made a difficult situation less stressful and easier to deal with. More
