Our sales representative, Tammy Wagner, was welcoming, listened to our needs and provided us with detailed product information. She made the entire lease process simple and fast and helped us make the right vehicle choice. We look forward to working with her again in the future. We have had the included complementary Buick maintenance done twice at Crown and both times worked with William Hevel, Service Advisor. Service appointments are readily available and all work was performed quickly...we were in and out in an hour... they even provide a car wash. excellant service came in to have my brake light switch fixed and to have tarction control light and abs light checked to see why they keep coming on and they found tha came in to have my brake light switch fixed and to have tarction control light and abs light checked to see why they keep coming on and they found that it needed to be updated on program also they checked my brakes and found that i need to have front pads replaced . christopher called and let me know what was going on and how much it would cost . price was good so i told him to have everything done he did and had it fixed and washed for me before i came in to pick up .great customer service More
