Service Review I have been buying GMC Vehicles from Crown for many years and have always been completely happy with the Sales Department and Crown as a whole. While I have always used the Service Department for Warranty Work with no complaints, I have usually gone elsewhere for other services. I have recently needed service while my vehicle was in for a warranty repair and I asked them to go ahead and do the repairs while I was there. My dealings with Service Advisor Greg Berry was a complete pleasure. He conversed with me about my problems, wants and needs The service was done promptly and correctly at affair price. I will be returning my GMC Vehicle to Crown Service and Service Advisor Greg Berry whenever I need then. Everything was handled smooth and easy. Allen More

He advised that I should have my transmission fluid drained and replaced due to the mileage on the car. I agreed. Subsequently a service technician advised and showed me that I should have front brakes replaced. I plan on keeping this vehicle and decided it would be beneficial to have all this work done. Total cost was much more than I had anticipated, however, I am pleased the above repairs were identified and I am pleased with the service. More

Great Dealership and even better service I haven't had too many positive experiences in getting my vehicles services over the years and have never written a review but was compelled to write I haven't had too many positive experiences in getting my vehicles services over the years and have never written a review but was compelled to write a review and give props to Crown Buick GMC and the service I received from Dave Biagi and his team. From the moment I entered the dealership I was greeted with a smile and promptly taken care of. Dave's team quickly diagnosed my issues and gave me options for both needed repairs and suggested repairs. I moved forward with the needed repairs and Dave went ahead and took care of another repair that wasn't covered under warranty at no cost. This is the kind of extra service that's tough to come by these days. Dave and the crew at Crown Buick GMC have won my business for as long as I live within driving distance. Thanks guys! TH More

Warrant work on faulty window control switch I am a RI resident and had a problem with the power window control switch on the driver side, it controls all the power windows. I was given a ride home and back to the dealership the same day. The problem was resolved and in fact he suggested replacing the cabin filter, which was done.
