Everything from bent wheels, improper alignment, axle bearings, axle, bent drive shafts and bearings in the differential had been diagnosed as the problem. Crown's service adviser Mike Gregory took immediate care after our early morning arrival. He said he thought he could have the car diagnosed and corrected by the end of the day. He was courteous, efficient and professional and had me heading home in a courtesy car within a short period of time. Later in the day, Mike called with news that our GMC Yukon was ready for pick up. Not only was that unbelievably quick service, but the problem was remedied and the final price was substantially below what others had quoted us. To say we were thrilled would be a gross understatement! . More

She recommended Michael Gregory and even called him in advance to see if he could help me (competitors helping competitors is something more people should do). When I arrived, I was greeted and the parts were in stock and was taken care from the time I got there. The repair was going to take a couple of hours and they offered a courtesy shuttle to wherever I wanted to go and even gave me some advice on local places to try out. Long story short, they fixed my truck, everybody was friendly, and I feel like I was treated fairly regarding the service and the price of the service.
