They make it SO easy to bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance using email reminders and an online scheduler. Upon arrival, I am always greeted warmly and promptly. Michael is a magnificent advisor and remembers me every time when I come in, but all of the service employees seem genuinely happy to help and are very friendly. I've been very satisfied with the service performed thus far. The complimentary car wash is a nice touch, and I have also used the shuttle service to get to work which is extremely convenient. More

We had the good fortune to work with Dorothea Pack, who is an excellent salesperson and a very, very pleasant lady. Dorothea ensured all of our questions were answered and she was very patient while my wife and I made our decision. I not only recommend Crown GMC as a sound company with very good business practices, but I highly encourage anyone in the market for a GMC or Buick product to contact Dorothea Pack immediately. Dorothea's winning smile, pleasant demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile for her customers puts her in a class by herself. We will definitely send more business Dorothea's way in the future! Likewise, William Hevel is a top-notch service professional who helped us in record time with a nail-punctured tire. I was convinced I'd have to leave the Yukon over the weekend at Crown in order for the tire to be replaced, but Bill took care of us immediately; we were in and out of the service department within fifteen minutes very late on a Saturday afternoon. Much like Dorothea, Bill Hevel has an infectious good attitude and makes his customers feel like royalty. I cannot compliment Bill Hevel too highly for his outstanding service and good humor. Again, we will definitely send more business to Crown in the future as a result of our overwhelmingly positive experiences with Dorothea Pack and William Hevel!! More
