Amazing! Michael Gregory has been my service advisor since I started using crown about 9 months ago or so. Every visit he is super helpful and gets my car well taken care of. I get a complimentary car wash with every visit (even when I came in for free recall work) and they always have water, cookies, and popcorn complimentary while you wait. They can also provide a ride to local places as needed if you have to be somewhere before your vehicle is finished. I also find that their prices are competitive with other mechanics and while maybe slightly higher in cost the quality of the service I receive more than makes up for it. I completely recommend this dealership and service team. More

I had a problem with my car overheating and he fitted me into what was obviously a very busy schedule day for the service dept. The lobby was full. Dave kept me informed every step of the way. and best of all there were no surprises when it came time to pay. Dave goes above and beyond to make his customers feel valued and appreciated. He also keeps us informed, as he would want to be if the situation were reversed. He's the best! More

Great price, average experience, not as honest as I hoped Bob Cowart assisted me in the purchase of a 2010 Toyota Prius. He worked with me to reserve the vehicle so I could make it to the dealership a few day Bob Cowart assisted me in the purchase of a 2010 Toyota Prius. He worked with me to reserve the vehicle so I could make it to the dealership a few days later from the Gulf Coast to test drive and purchase this vehicle. Ultimately the vehicle was a great deal at $11,500 and they honored more for my trade-in than others offered. The only disappointment was the lack of floor mats, which I didn't notice and wasn't pointed out until I was leaving the dealership. Another issue we noticed on our 8.5 hour drive home was that the front blinkers didn't work properly. Once these were inspected once we were home they found that the front blinkers were unplugged. I would have expected transparency on these items as I was honest with Bob Cowart about my trade-in and the folks at Crown Buick. Ultimately it was a good experience with a few things could have been better. More
