I explained all the problems that I've noticed, and informed the mechanic. By lunch hour, I new the status, and got my car at the end of the day. The mechanic, Owen Runacres, has taken care of my car for years, and I feel is one of the reasons why I still have my 94 Skylark...21 years later. That, and also, Buick is a great brand of car. Thanks again to Crown for taking care of my car. More

I was lucky enough to find Crown Buick GMC, as they took great care of me. My truck was fixed in a timely fashion and the customer service was exceptional. I felt right at home and could not have had a better experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for service in the area. Michael Gregory was very hospitable and helpful and personally drove me to Enterprise to rent a car. More

Service Manager Kindness Service Manager, Greg Berry, at Crown Buick went out of his way to help me. My Buick Enclave transmission failed and I was out of town. I called OnSta Service Manager, Greg Berry, at Crown Buick went out of his way to help me. My Buick Enclave transmission failed and I was out of town. I called OnStar who contacted Buick Roadside assistance and informed me of the warranty recall for this transmission problem. They sent a flatbed tow truck in less time than was estimated by at least a half hour. It was a Saturday so the service department was actually closed at 4:00PM, but Greg was still there. I spoke with him and let him know the details. He made every effort possible to set up a service vehicle for me to use while my car was being repaired. He also waited for up to an hour after his business hours until we arrived at the dealer with my vehicle. Thanks so much for your kindness in providing service and making the experience one of calming and reassurance rather than chaos of a broken down vehicle.. He made sure everything was taken car of and that I had all of the information I needed during this time. Thanks so very much!!! I highly recommend this dealership and service manager, Greg Berry, for anyone wishing to have a calm helpful customer service experience!!! Linda Martian More
