Not to forget the cashier Doris Smith who is too always willing to go the extra mile in customer service they did an outstanding job on my car repairs. Jeff was quite knowledgeable on behalf of my needs and desi Looked at the website for a new Buick and was intermediately contacted by Jeff Harrington. Jeff was quite knowledgeable on behalf of my needs and desires for the new car that i saw on the website. We met at the dealership and after the test drive, I decided on a particular car. During the test drive and back at the dealership, Jeff presented a relaxed atmosphere in which we could talk about my need and wants in a car. We worked out the details together without any pressure and Jeff made the purchase a very pleasant experience. When the new car was delivered, patiently Jeff worked with me to explain all of the new options that I was unfamiliar with and also worked with me as I transferred the OnStar and XM Radio contract from the old car to the new Buick. Jeff also took the time to introduce me to the service manager and showed me around the customer lounge. All in all...a very enjoyable purchasing experience do the professionalism and knowledge of Jeff Harrington. More

Received our car an the very next day my engine light came on again. I contacted Bill Hevel in service and he promptly had me bring it back in. After discussion with him an expressing my concern with additional fees he was able to correct the problem. Supplying a loaner car until it was repaired. He went out of his way to have service correct the issues at no expense and made me feel very comfortable with their service. This is unusual in today's business world that a dealership has a employee who cares about their customers like Bill. I am indebted to his kindness and professional solutions to my auto issues. My family will be loyal customers with Crown in the future for service and purchases. More
