Check out your check engine light here!! I had a service engine light come on last week. I had Monday off, so I decided to get it checked out, but didn't make an appointment. I called when I I had a service engine light come on last week. I had Monday off, so I decided to get it checked out, but didn't make an appointment. I called when I was almost there and Dave ? Said to bring it on in. When I walked in, I saw Bill Hevel, who had helped me about a year earlier with a recall repair. He remembered me and spoke with me about the check engine code, which was a catalytic converter. Thankfully, the problem was covered under warranty. I did opt for paying for cleaning the injector, etc., based on Bill's explanation (no pressure, just an explanation). Since the car had to cool down for specific diagnosis, he arranged for Brian to give me a ride home, then later a ride back. Although it was my day off, I did not feel it was wasted. In fact, I'm glad things worked out the way they did, because I might otherwise have waited too long to have the problem checked and it might have been more costly. More

Very satisfied new car buyer I stopped by Crown Buick during my search for a new vehicle and was greeted by Bob Cowart. He spent time with me reviewing all of the car's features e I stopped by Crown Buick during my search for a new vehicle and was greeted by Bob Cowart. He spent time with me reviewing all of the car's features even though I was not ready to decide on a vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the product, able to answer all of my questions, offered a test drive but never pressured me to buy. Bob and the general sales manager, Mike Mathis, spent time to explain all of the details of the lease I was interested in and to get me the car I choose, in a timely manner, from another dealer when the exact car was not on their lot. I felt the two of them to be honest, straightforward and very easy to deal with; traits not always found at all car dealerships. More
