SUPERIOR SERVICE I was looking for a car for my mother for Christmas. I had been to several dealerships some with good pricing, but BAD SERVICE (SALES PRESSURE TACTIC) I was looking for a car for my mother for Christmas. He made my buying experience comfortable with NO PRESSURE. We went for a test drive in the car. He didn't make alot of small talk because he KNEW I was listening for any problems while driving the vehicle. He DIDN'T USE the SCARE TACTIC of "ALOT PEOPLE ARE LOOKING at this car." I did leave and checked out a couple of more dealerships that day. I RETURNED to Eric because of his professional NO PRESSURE SALES APPROACH and the car itself as well.
