SUPERIOR SERVICE I was looking for a car for my mother for Christmas. He made my buying experience comfortable with NO PRESSURE. We went for a test drive in the car. He didn't make alot of small talk because he KNEW I was listening for any problems while driving the vehicle. He DIDN'T USE the SCARE TACTIC of "ALOT PEOPLE ARE LOOKING at this car."
