Tammy was extremely professional and personably. More importantly, she did not pressure the sale. As a result I left the dealership in a brand new 2014 GMC Sierra 4x4 Denali. More
Awesome service department! They have earned a new customer I brought my 2007 G6 convertible in to be repaired at Dick Norris. Dick Norris GMC did NOT have the expertise to handle this repair and ultimately ca I brought my 2007 G6 convertible in to be repaired at Dick Norris. Dick Norris GMC did NOT have the expertise to handle this repair and ultimately caused further damage ($600+) to my convertible top, which made it unusable altogether. Crown Buick GMC repaired the damages to bring the car back into its previous state. The original repair to fix a broken hinge could not be successfully complete since GMC quit making the required parts. To ensure I could still use my convertible top, their expert service repairmen knew that the hinge was to operate a COSMETIC part of the vehicle. As a result, they simply removed the COSMETIC cover and I left with a fully functional vehicle! So very pleased with their expertise and they have gained a new customer. I will be back to this dealership again to purchase my next vehicle. Moving forward, I will not only have my 2007 G6 convertible serviced here, but also my 2011 GMC Acadia! More
Service on my brand new Verano I started my lease on my brand new verano on July 3rd and unfortunately a few days later found my windshield was leaking. I contacted Crown Buick righ I started my lease on my brand new verano on July 3rd and unfortunately a few days later found my windshield was leaking. I contacted Crown Buick right away and they had me come in right after work to leave my car with them so they could make sure it was fixed properly. Unfortunately it took 8 days because due to the leak a few piece of the interior had to be replaced but they provided me with a loner car for the entire time they had my car. I was so happy they took care of my windshield with no question, gave me the loner car and kept me updated daily. The only thing I didn't like was not having my new car but at least I knew my car was being fixed properly. Greg in service was excellent! Thanks Greg. More

Wonderful Experience Going to crown Buick for a new car was the best decision ever. I never in a million years would of thought I wold be driving a Buick but I purchased a Going to crown Buick for a new car was the best decision ever. I never in a million years would of thought I wold be driving a Buick but I purchased a 2014 Verano and I am in love. Doug Ramon and Jeff Cross have both helped me though the car buying experience and went above and beyond to help me get into my new car. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of and everyone at the dealership was so friendly. Thank you guys so much! More
Great Car Buying Experience I have been looking for an SUV for a while and decided to do some research online about the GMC Acadia. I found a vehicle that i liked from Crown's pa I have been looking for an SUV for a while and decided to do some research online about the GMC Acadia. I found a vehicle that i liked from Crown's page and asked for more info. Later on, I received an e-mail from Tammy about the car and her contact info. I called her to set an appointment and before i knew it I was driving away in a new Acadia. Tammy was very helpful and soft-spoken which really made the experience better. The only bad thing I could say was the amount of time it took, but then again you're buying a car. its not like you're going to the store to buy milk and eggs. Thanks Tammy!
