I felt a little mis-led by the internet price advertising on the vehicle and paid more than I would have expected/liked. Did not receive much of a discount off of list so I am hoping I received a fair price. It is a beautiful truck and have few complaints thus far. Hoping the truck is trouble free for years to come. Again, very happy with my experience with Tammy Wagner, would not describe as an excellent sales person but rather a excellent and true person. More
Tom was very easy to work with. He made the car buying experience very easy. It was refreshing to deal with a car salesman and a dealership that was friendly and considerate. I had a noise issue on my 2014 GMC Terrian Denali and first took it to another GMC dealer in Manatee County who said the car had no problem. Craig Blacklidge and Mark Russet are now working directly wit first took it to another GMC dealer in Manatee County who said the car had no problem. Craig Blacklidge and Mark Russet are now working directly with the factory to resolve the problem. We have had a horrible experience with Crown GMC. We can never get anyone to call us back or keep their word - esp after we purchased our new car. From having our brand new car in service for OVER 5 hours, never get anyone to call us back or keep their word - esp after we purchased our new car. From having our brand new car in service for OVER 5 hours, to not receiving a gift card we were promised and then not to mention the paperwork was terribly wrong when we went to sign it - all these were minor issues compared to the fact that the dealership did NOT send the payoff in for our trade in and has caused HUGE issues with our bank and credit. The check for our bank was sitting on a desk in the dealership and had not left until we called to find out why. I don't know what the issue is at this dealership but there is obviously no care for quality customer care. I have bought tons of cars and this is by far the worst we have been treated. BEWARE. I am still dealing with getting my old car paid off and its OVER a month later. HORRIBLE More

It took some time to find a dealer service center worthy to have our Saturn Serviced. Crowne treats us like our Saturn of Saint Petersburg did. Just had the 2001 L200 Timing chain and gears repaired. I went in around 2 p.m. and left at 8 p.m. driving my new GMC. I was given the full blue book trade in value of my used GMC without any haggling.
