Diagnosed same day, received a loaner, and got the vehicle back two da Brought my wife's 2011 Regal in with transmission problems. Diagnosed same day, received a loaner, and got the vehicle back two days later with a brand new transmission and transaxle. Entire car was checked over while they had it. Was told that since it only had 19,000 miles it was completely covered under warranty, despite the fact that we are second owners. My husband and I met Micheal Gregory when we were buying our 2014 Terrian and he was very nice and helpful about bringing our car in there to see him for great service. Micheal was very great to my husband and I, but what I liked the most about Gregory is that he was very helpful for my husband knowing that he can not walk due to a injury in has from when he was on a mission last year with the army. We are so thankful to have such a great Service Advisor. Also he went above and beyond by washing our car before we left. Had an usual problem with the malfunction indicator light. It was related to the turbo. They determined the problem, ordered the part and I returned the car very quickly for the repair.
