The entire service experience was above excellent. Lexi (who is memorable enough to only need a first name) was knowledgeable, believable, friendly and efficient. She introduced us to the service manager, (who is memorable enough to only need a first name) was knowledgeable, believable, friendly and efficient. She introduced us to the service manager, Bill Hevel, who contacted GM on our behalf and successfully brokered their participation to help remedy an out-of-warranty service situation. John Grudon was the service rep. I was traveling from MI and returning in a day or so, and needed some basic service, and the reassurance that all would be fine for the trip home. John attended to the det and returning in a day or so, and needed some basic service, and the reassurance that all would be fine for the trip home. John attended to the details and i was on my way again sooner than i expected. By the way, having a GM car, i pulled into Dimmit Cadillac, I was met with disrespect and a lack of common courtesy. When the staff saw i was driving a GMC and not a Caddy, three of the four staff men literally turned their noses up and their backs to me, and walked away. A fourth directed me to Crown. If I was a St Pete resident I would certainly return to Crown for sales and service, and specifically to John, and i would never recommend the other place or a caddy if that is their typical treatment of a GM customer.
