Recently traded in a 2014 Mazda to acquire a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox. Tony Constantinople was the sales agent who helped us make it happen. He and other members of the Crown Buick team made us feel ve Chevrolet Equinox. Tony Constantinople was the sales agent who helped us make it happen. He and other members of the Crown Buick team made us feel very comfortable through the process of closing the transaction for the Equinox. Yes we went through a negotiation cycle, but it was respectful and satisfying. After the purchase was completed Tony made sure we understood all the features of the vehicle before we left the facility. Overall I give Tony and the staff high marks for making the purchase of the Equinox so enjoyable. Highly recommend Crown Buick GMC! More

We were on vacation in November 2020 and we had a brake line problem in our vehicle. This happened to us on a Sunday and we took our vehicle to have the brakes repaired. Upon having the brakes repaired the line problem in our vehicle. This happened to us on a Sunday and we took our vehicle to have the brakes repaired. Upon having the brakes repaired the dashboard lights came on and the person who repaired the brake lines told us to take our vehicle to the dealership (Crown Buick GMC) to have a diagnostic test to check the codes that were showing an error. When we arrived at Crown Buick GMC we were greeted by William Hevel. William had us leave our vehicle with them for the day so they could find the problem. William was very kind, curtious and helpful of our needs. William went above and beyond to keep us updated on the progress of our vehicle and he went out of his way to get us into his already busy schedule the day after Thanksgiving to get our vehicle repaired for us.
