Upon arriving at Crown, Dorothea, a lovely lady with a smile that brightens a room walked over to us, introduced herself and took her to her office. Our 18 yr old son Noah had a budget and she found something for him. Sporty yet safe. Dorothea did not try to sell us anything out of Noah's budget. He purchased a 2012 Infinity. Jess in the insurance dept was also very nice and took care of the insurance with our USAA . Awaiting the final finance with Mark Hernandez, Kevin , my husband took a walk with our dog and met Harley the GM who although the Infinity was" as is"promised to repair the window trim, found Noah a nice floor matt. Noah also purchased the diamond coat and gap. Upon arriving home , we noticed a chip in the windshield, I called Crown talked to Jason who is sending their man out to fix the chip. Absolute GREAT dealership! Everyone was friendly and efficient! We started the deal over the internet, were contacted by Tony via telephone and had the deal finished in a matter of a couple of days! John G in service was absolutely phenomenal! As a young woman I usually feel very stressed going to a dealership because I don’t understand a lot about cars. John was so clear and helpful.
