Service Department I was semi pleased with the service completed to my vehicle on my most recent visit to GMC, however I am still awaiting a phone call concerning an iss I was semi pleased with the service completed to my vehicle on my most recent visit to GMC, however I am still awaiting a phone call concerning an issue since October of 2018, which has not been resolved. check engine light on I would have given you 5 star rating but when i called to bring my car in I was told to be there for 8:30 and I was. I left the dealership for awhile when i called 2 hours later the car had not even been looked at. At other dealerships when i was told a time to bring my car in that was an appointment. I made it clear that I had traveled 2 hours to get there and needed my car fixed or I needed to know if I had to leave it. As soon as I explained this again which I had already told the person that i dropped it off to in the morning that and I had said it to the person when I made the appointment, once the communication issue was resolved my car was fixed within an hour. More
