Worst Service ever BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE N PARTS DEPARTMENT after holding my car almost 30 days claiming parts are on back order i came down in person after always waiting for a 5 minute call back DEPARTMENT after holding my car almost 30 days claiming parts are on back order i came down in person after always waiting for a 5 minute call back which not even once was a promised call returned i asked to pick up my car so the service manager Mauro sent an advisor (everyone there called and "advisor" as if it means anything to check and see if parts are in or when they might be in after waiting another 30 minutes there i asked again to pick up my car so the manager said he will go out to the shop and check upon his return a miracle happened all parts are in wow wow wow (as if i believed him [by me picking up the car then they would int make any money] it was Wednesday he promised me all will be installed by Friday am seriously??? anyway they got it done Tuesday late in the day the car was bought in after being stuck with terrible engine shakes while idling the first "advisor" named Ken claimed its the lifters on one side causing the engine to vibrate constantly after being there for a month Mr Ken was not in for a few days without any word to me who will be my "advisor" now they didn't say a word after making many calls to the dealership i was assigned Mr Mauro he claimed there is a slight leak in the engine oil coolant lines and the struts are ceased and a motor mount damaged upon installing all the above shake is still there Now they had the odassity to charge a few hundred dollars (even tho this is a certified vehicle by the MFG for trying to find the cause of the shaking i still needed to pay can u imagine that?? also a loaner wasn't given all this time the first "advisor" Ken claimed (after bad talking the main GM MFG for not giving them enough loaners) they have over 30 loaners out (can u imagine how many cars are bad) and the second senior "advisor" Maurau said we keep on selling our loaners because where in the selling cars business - what a fraud upon getting in the vehicle another warning on the dash read "park assist SERVICE" the mechanic told me that its because im in the lot near lots of cars what a fraud (he thinks im that stupid - wonder what the dealer will reply below after reading this Thats another Fraud thing to tap it off they billed the main GM Corp over $7k for this UN needed work they also claimed i needed better tires so they can take on a test drive over-this i put my foot down and didn't allow them to bribe me in another fraud {mind u i have family in the tire business and i also know about tires and i already drover over a thousand long distance miles in these tires before i switched them out just BEWARE "HAVING A STATE OF THE ART FACILITY" DOES NOT SAY THEY ARE GOOD THEY ARE THE SAME TRASH AS OTHER DEALERS More

Angela, Elaine, Freddy, John and Dane are good people who make you feel so comfortable and welcome at this dealership. It's bad when good people works at a place that changed and treat customers dollars who make you feel so comfortable and welcome at this dealership. It's bad when good people works at a place that changed and treat customers dollars and not like a family. I've been dealing with Crown Cadillac for over 10 years. I purchased 3 vehicles and was treated like family. Now with new management or ownership it's different. The prices & charges for services are ridiculous. They charge you to tell you what the problem is with your vehicle now. They don't even send you coupons for service discounts , why is that, because it's not about helping the customer it's about fitting their pockets. I'm done with Crown Cadillac and I will tell all my friends to go elsewhere. I just will miss the good people that do work there who treat the customer as people ,friends and family. I will miss guys , Freddy ,John, Angela, Elaine and you Dane , God bless you all . More
