Angela, Elaine, Freddy, John and Dane are good people who make you feel so comfortable and welcome at this dealership. It's bad when good people works at a place that changed and treat customers dollars who make you feel so comfortable and welcome at this dealership. I purchased 3 vehicles and was treated like family. Now with new management or ownership it's different. The prices & charges for services are ridiculous. They charge you to tell you what the problem is with your vehicle now. They don't even send you coupons for service discounts , why is that, because it's not about helping the customer it's about fitting their pockets. I'm done with Crown Cadillac and I will tell all my friends to go elsewhere. I just will miss the good people that do work there who treat the customer as people ,friends and family. I will miss guys , Freddy ,John, Angela, Elaine and you Dane , God bless you all . More
