Excellent, very pollite, and was very impressed with John's sales experience! He knew what he was talking about and he went out of his way to do all he could do to help our son get the best vehicle he n John's sales experience! He knew what he was talking about and he went out of his way to do all he could do to help our son get the best vehicle he needed and getting his payments that will fit in his budget! I purchased a certified preowned car back in February and just last week the oil change light appeared on the dash. I called to schedule an appointment for my first oil change. Ths service manager took the V just last week the oil change light appeared on the dash. I called to schedule an appointment for my first oil change. Ths service manager took the VIN number of my car and informed me that I was not in the system for a free oil change. I left the dealer ship without leaving my car and decided to return later after work to find out why my car was not in the system. Upon returning to the dealership I was informed that only new car sales we eligible for free oil changes and that if the agreement was made by my sales associate it would have been listed on my Due Bill . I looked at the Due Bill and it was not listed. I explained that when I purchased the car the sales associate told me I had free oil changes with the purchase of the car, unfortunately the associate no longer worked at the dealership. to my surprize, the manager said he would honor the committment made by the sales associate. I was almost speechless, I wasn't going to have to fight for what I felt they owed me. This was a first, I am so pleased at the way they handled the situation. This is what customer service is all about, you guys ROCK! More

I went Crown looking for a used Frontier and right away Thomas Baker came out to help me. He showed me one they had on the lot and we test drove it. He was funny, knowledgeable, friendly, and most importan Thomas Baker came out to help me. He showed me one they had on the lot and we test drove it. He was funny, knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly honest. The truck they had wasnt quite what I was looking for but Thomas didnt put any pressure to buy on me. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful and since being there Mr. Baker has called me any time they get some thing that is close to what Im in the market for. The whole experience was very laid back and enjoyable. I know that my next vehicle will come from Crown. More
