Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chattanooga responded

Ms. Houser, We were in contact with Mr. Houser the entire time and explained everything to him, but to clarify for you: Your vehicles was dropped off after hours and the key was left in the dropbox with your phone number and no additional information. We called the day after and spoke to Mr. Houser who told us that the vehicle had a sound coming from the dash that he wanted us to do a diagnosis on it. My. Houser was informed that it was a $75.00 diagnosis fee plus shop charges and taxes, to which he agreed. For the dash issue we found that the recirculation a/c actuator needed to be replaced and Mr. Houser approved that work. During the diagnosis process we completed a Multi-point inspection on your vehicle and found that it had not had the BG fuel induction service, tune up, brake flush, coolant flush, or a transmission service. We presented this to Mr. Houser and he declined all repairs at that time. The estimate was sent over in email and text message. When I called to let Mr. Houser know that the repairs had been done I spoke to you, Ms. Houser, and you stated that we were supposed to check a ticking sound in the engine. This request was never made when the vehicle was dropped off vehicle, in the appointment, or on phone with Mr. Houser. When you Houser picked up vehicle you asked if we could do a diagnosis on the engine sound and I stated that our diagnosis process is $75 per concern. I also explained that during our MPI we realized that your vehicle was pass due for the maintenance concerns mentioned earlier and that these concerns were recommendations and had nothing to do with the sound coming from the engine.
