I was introduced to Dusty during the purchase of my new Ram 1500. Dusty immediately stopped doing what he was doing at his work desk and listened to exactly the reason for my visit to desk. Dusty was swift in getting what was needed to get my truck finished as I added a couple products, which his area of responsibility. Dusty got my vehicle in, promised by a certain time and got it done sooner than promised, he called me to keep me updated on the vehicle and come get it. Upon picking up the truck, he took time to get my vehicle prepped and spent about 15 minutes in the lot explaining the product applied to the truck. Dusty concluded with providing me with the invitation to call him anytime should I have any questions about the truck and stop in anytime if I needed to learn more about the truck I purchased.
