Mark and the mechanics (no relation to the rock band) kept it running like new through 217,000 miles of Canada trips and Boy Scout camps, with friendly professionalism and complete integrity: when the Jeep went in for maintenance, I knew beyond any doubt that only necessary work would be done, that it would be done completely and correctly, that the vehicle would be ready when promised, and that I could trust Mark to make it all happen. This level of commitment to excellence is incredibly rare in my experience, but for Mark it's a way of life. I bought my second Cherokee from Crown this month, and Frank and Tyler did an absolutely superlative job of arranging it. I'd met Frank a few months ago while waiting on some scheduled maintenance; he not only remembered the conversation, he also remembered (in detail) the features I needed on the new Jeep and matched them exactly to the vehicle that I bought. Tyler walked my wife and I through the new controls and options, worked with us until we were comfortable with them, and got the paperwork set up, staying until well after closing time to finish it. The next morning, we finished the financing and were on the road in only a few hours. Throughout the process, Frank and Tyler listened carefully, respected what we needed and wanted, and worked tirelessly to put it all together into the vehicle we bought. Tyler Ramsey was there when I arrived a few minutes early with a friendly greeting. He checked all the details, advised on what needed to be done, what was optional and clearly explained the expected cost. The work took a little longer than originally anticipated but when I returned Tyler told me to expect an extra 10-20 minutes, and he directed to me to waiting room. He kept me updated and when the truck was ready he took it to be washed while I paid the invoice. Excellent and professional service. A very satisfied customer.
