Excellent Customer Experience I purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S from Crown on Saturday. Frank Eastman greeted me when I walked through the door and was I purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S from Crown on Saturday. Frank Eastman greeted me when I walked through the door and was by my side from the test drive to reviewing every page of the owners manual before I walked out the door. I couldn't have been happier with the customer experience he provided. Frank was down to earth, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. While they didn't have the color I wanted on site he secured the vehicle at another location and had it on site in less than 2 days. I highly recommend Crown and working with Frank. More
Great experience! I took my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and to find out why my heater was blowing warm air only on the passenger side. Additionally there's been a recall on 2012 Wranglers that has been waiting on parts (in three states). When I first spoke to someone (Mark Nelson), everything was quickly set up, prioritized and explained in full detail. They had the parts for recall, diagnosed the heater issue and wrapped my initial visit up quickly without skipping a single concern or detail. Everyone at the Crown dealership was extremely friendly, personable and helpful. Mark was a shining example of how far good (and timely) communication goes to put a customer at ease. The work was done as best and as quickly as I could imagine and far exceeded other state's dealerships service. Absolutely nothing but good things to say about my experience. More
Worst place and full of lies Went there for one vehicle. Looked at another. They left me sitting for an hour at a next with no reason or even speaking to me. Once I got up to get my keys back from the sales guy (Chris) he told me all banks were closed and couldn't do nothing till next day. I was upset told them to forget it. And son not run my credit in any way. They still ran my credit and the finance manager did hear me say do not run my info. They are nothing but lies. I will never go there for anything and will never have anything nice to say More
A great experience close to home! I've been an avid Jeep owner since 1996. In the past 18 years, I've owned a jeep, except for a 2 year period where I drove a Sebring. So, I've come to have high expectations of Jeep and those who sell them. Living in Dublin, Crown certainly is very convenient for me, but I worried that deals would be tougher to come by in this higher SES community. Yesterday, I decided it was finally time to trade in my 2006 Commander for a shiny new model. So, I stopped in at Crown mid-morning to see what my options were. I was greeted by General Sales Manager Neal Linkhorn, who connected me with Craig, my salesman. Craig and I talked about my previous jeeps and what I was looking for in my next vehicle. Based on that, we went out for a test drive in a 2015 Grand Cherokee. I was amazed at the features and the ride that had been developed since my 2006 Commander. When we returned to the dealership, Craig worked with me and a price that was affordable, linking in Neal (GSM) for his ideas and final approval. There was no haggling, no pressure, and they gave me VERY affordable options from the get go. I was sold. Wrapping up the experience, in finance, Ashli couldn't have been more personable or helpful. She made the the process quick and enjoyable. In the past, I've taken my jeeps to Crown for service, but never to purchase one. The whole experience was terrific, from start to finish. My compliments to all. From GM, Marc Wigler, to Neal, to Craig...and finally to Ashli. I'll definitely purchase another vehicle from Crown. More

This was the 3rd car she had bought their and I was buying one as well so 4 total. Danny tried to hold my car for 48 hours until my wife was back in town to close the deal and the sales manager would not let him hold the car. I thought that was BS. More
