recall I had a recall notice from Chrysler on my Dodge Caravan so I brought my car to Crown. It also needed an oil change. I had been sent a $20 certificate so wanted to apply it to an oil change while in for service. While there, Mark Nelson noticed that my front tires were in need of change, so I had them changed with the oil. It was costly but the car runs smoother now. He was quite pleasant and the car was finished and ready for pick-up at the time we had arranged. Very good experience, will be back. More
