This was the 3rd car she had bought their and I was buying one as well so 4 total. Danny tried to hold my car for 48 hours until my wife was back in town to close the deal and the sales manager would not let him hold the car. I thought that was BS. More

recall I had a recall notice from Chrysler on my Dodge Caravan so I brought my car to Crown. It also needed an oil change. I had been sent a $20 certificat I had a recall notice from Chrysler on my Dodge Caravan so I brought my car to Crown. It also needed an oil change. I had been sent a $20 certificate so wanted to apply it to an oil change while in for service. While there, Mark Nelson noticed that my front tires were in need of change, so I had them changed with the oil. It was costly but the car runs smoother now. He was quite pleasant and the car was finished and ready for pick-up at the time we had arranged. Very good experience, will be back. More
