I was recently at Crown and Doug Schreiber showed me a Jeep Wrangler 2-door Sport. I've always been a bit apprehensive going to car dealers because I don't know much about cars. I have to say that Doug was amazing...friendly, informative, respectful and courteous - adjectives that up to this point I wouldn't use to describe car salesmen. I am in the "window shopping" category right now but I can tell you when I'm ready to buy, I'm going back to Crown and asking for Doug specifically!!! More

Tom Gerhardt made our experience a good one at Crown. He worked diligently to get us into the new 2013 Charger, which we really enjoy. Since we live a good distance away, he was willing to work numbers for worked diligently to get us into the new 2013 Charger, which we really enjoy. Since we live a good distance away, he was willing to work numbers for us over the phone so we could get to the dealership, sign and get going. That didn't happen! Tom did have the trade-in person ready as soon as we got there. Then once our trade was appraised, it took about an hour to get our "numbers" from Neal. Then there was some difficulty with finance people - apparently there was only one and several deals queued before us? Finally, the car was not delivered in customer-ready condition, meaning the exterior still had delivery material and markings on it, the windows were not clean, etc. Tom was extremely attentive to all of our issues and was as frustrated as we were. He did give us a letter to bring the car in for a detailing, which we are VERY anxious to have completed. The short version of this story is 4+ hours later, we were leaving the dealership completely frustrated and drained that it had to take so long and that we were now stuck in rush hour traffic. Tom was a great salesperson, Neal was able to get us the deal we wanted, and the finance person did get us a great rate, but no way should it have taken so long and been so stressful! I came for a car for my son a 6 months ago. We lost my husband and my son lost his father around this same time. Alex was very sincere and truly appeared that he cared to re assure me that I would make th husband and my son lost his father around this same time. Being newly widowed, it was refreshing to have this type of attention to our siutation and the attention he gave my son. We decided to trade in another car and he helped us out just as he did a few months ago. He was very professional and caring. Like we were the only ones there. Thank you again Alex. Glenn Stepter is the service mgr at Crown Fiat of Dublin. I took my Fiat 500 in for an oil change. Glenn was very courteous and friendly and efficiently processed my request for service. Living in the Dub I took my Fiat 500 in for an oil change. Glenn was very courteous and friendly and efficiently processed my request for service. Living in the Dublin area, I had to travel clear across town to SW Columbus for service at irirBoyd Fiat which has provided excellent service in during my 2 1/2 yrs of ownership, so I was a little apprehensive in going to Crown Fiat. They were great servicing my Fiat and making me feel at home. Jody White is the sales mgr at Crown Fiat. While I waited, somehow we engaged in conversation about cars, what's on the board, etc. I was impressed with Jody's knowledge of Fiat's products, but about automotive tech in general. He showed me the new L model. I am very pleased that I visited Crown Fiat, but more important to me is that I would be able to go to either Fiat dealership and be well taken care of. We went one Saturday to test drive a Fiat 500. We really appreciate the patience that Doug had with us as he took us on two extended test drives - one for each driver. We experienced city roads, back roads appreciate the patience that Doug had with us as he took us on two extended test drives - one for each driver. We experienced city roads, back roads and highways while he sat in the back and pointed out various features of the car. When I came back to order the car it was done fairly quickly and 8 weeks later we had the car exactly as ordered. We were away when the car arrived and they kept it inside the showroom and didn't have anyone test drive it during that time. We really enjoyed the experience. There was no hard sell - just answering questions and providing us options. More
