Terry- I have acknowledged your response. You should really check out my review on yelp and Crown's Facebook page before you reply to this message. I have been 100% transparent with my dissatisfaction. My issues with the dealership are 100% clear in all 4 of my review postings on yelp, Facebook, cars.com, and this site. Unless you have a solution to my situation, then I will under no circumstance waste one more second of my time or my husbands time before he shortly deploys on the phone with the dealership or at the dealership in person. I have already reached out to the Better Business Bureau and I will be contacting Chrysler shortly. I understand you guys have a business to run, but please do not come at me and say that you guys are concerned with customer satisfaction because that is absolutely not the case right in front of you. I am a medical student at 22 years old and just bought my first car through you guys at $34,000. I unfortunately allowed you guys to push me around and then sweep me under the rug. I am driving a vehicle that I am 100% unhappy with and is completely useless to me. I should have walked across the street and bought a car instead of an SUV and save $14,000 for the same exact thing you guys sold me. I understand this is a first world issue, but I am taking this really personally because this is the first time in my life my husband and I have been able to invest in anything and the experience has been ruined. Please do not contact me again unless you pass my reviews and this message to someone higher up and has a solid solution to my problem. Thank you for your time.
