My vehicle was at this dealership for over 37 days. I was approved by the manufacturer to rent a vehicle. The day I retrieved my vehicle from dealership I noticed a dent on the left side bumper caused I was approved by the manufacturer to rent a vehicle. The day I retrieved my vehicle from dealership I noticed a dent on the left side bumper caused by one of their technicians. No apology or accountability from the dealership. I returned the rental and as soon as I drove off the lot the vehicle stalled and the check engine light came on. Obviously they didn't fix the issue. No one followed up with me. I had to take the initiative to follow up with the service advisor. Additionally, service manager Mike no where to be found and unresponsive. Very poor customer service and beware they will return a vehicle to you that has not been repaired. More
