My service advisor, Frederick Wolters was excellent. The areas of improvement are: - The part was not available, so I had to pick up my car and bring it back another day. - When I went to pick up my The areas of improvement are: - The part was not available, so I had to pick up my car and bring it back another day. - When I went to pick up my car at closing time, it was not parked at either the customer parking or in the row where they said it would be. I checked both places twice, and a nice gentleman from sales helped me look as well. It was eventually found by the sales guy in the back where the car being repaired were locked up for the night. The gate had to be reopened by the security guy, who seemed to have not idea the car was back there and was insisting it had to be out front. It looks like whatever procedures that needed to be followed when giving the keys to the cashier were not followed, and my car had not been brought out front. More
