I still find your quick change oil service confusing. . I came in (No Appt.) and waited in line. No service advisor came to my car. I got out of my car and went up to the service advisor windows. I was told I had to go to the other side and speek to them. The person I spoke with took care of me quickly and said I also needed a tire rotation, which I OKed. The work was completed quickly enough. The next day the tire sensors indicated all 4 tires needed air. Don't you think when the tires were rotated the service person would have cheched the Tire pressure. Two stars were subtracted because 1) Confusion for quick change oil line and 2) because no tire pressure check before or after tire rotation. More

For the second time in a row after rotating the tires, I picked up the vehicle to only have the a low pressure warning. Last time they said drive it 15 miles and it will reset.
