Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the female that helped me when I arrived but she made everything feel so smooth. She even followed up and the pick up was being delayed. Crown Dodge, and Simo Lahlou (my salesman) both out-performed. Simo took my online query seriously. He was the first/only salesperson who did so, out of probably five or six other sales persons I'd out-performed. Simo took my online query seriously. He was the first/only salesperson who did so, out of probably five or six other sales persons I'd contacted at other dealerships about various vehicles. Simo made everything easy. The used truck I purchased was flawlessly prepared and as for price, and value, the deal I got can't be beat. I recommend Crown Dodge for vehicle purchase, and Simo for your salesman. Call him! More
Though they were booked for two weeks out, fit me in quickly before we were scheduled to go out of town. Repair finished a quicker than promised. quickly before we were scheduled to go out of town. Repair finished a quicker than promised. More
Eric took care of the recall on my 2023 jeep grand Cherokee them again and change the oil. I was waiting on 75 minutes. People like Eric Baez is the reason we go to Crown Dodge for service. I found a Jeep that Crown had for sale that was priced at $52,000. I made an appointment to come see it and talk about buying it. When I got there, the sales rep said he didn't know where the Jeep was but he $52,000. I made an appointment to come see it and talk about buying it. When I got there, the sales rep said he didn't know where the Jeep was but he got the key and started clicking it to find it. I did hear a beep signal from a car somewhere in the lot, but he said it's not here, then said it had been sold the day before. Then couple sales people tried to get me interested in a different Jeep that wasn't what I wanted and much more expensive. I had been through this bait and switch treatment before, so I decided to leave. Before I got to my car they stopped me and asked if I could wait for the car i wanted to be delivered here. I said yes, and we went to talk about a deal. I was told they could find my Jeep, which they did, but it was going to cost more. I was told that the reason the other was cheaper was it was one that had been returned. I was talked out of buying, and into leasing a Jeep. The selling point being they would give me a good price for my trade in, and buy it outright. I was also told that I would get the $7,500 rebate up front instead off my taxes, and I was told the interest rates were high now. So, on with the deal, there was some fast talking and lots of confusing jargon. I finally agreed to the lease and a more expensive car, assuming it would be superior to the one i came for. I wasn't able to see the car i was leasing until the following Monday. When I got there, my Jeep was there, but it was pretty much standard and didn't have any extras, I noticed it didn't even have running boards, which I think should be standard. Then I looked at the Sticker price and it was $55,000, the price i was given was $67,000. I assumed that the higher price was because this would have all the "bells and whistles", this one did not. I asked how it went fro 55 to 67? He didn't know, and the manager wasn't there that i had dealt with, I was told it was explained to me and it would be on my paperwork. I looked at the paperwork, and it didnt' really explain what had happened. Basically, my rebate/discount of $10,000 was taken off after $12,000 was added on. So, I have buyer's remorse, and I feel I made a mistake. I should have acted on my first impulse, and left when they didn't have the car i wanted at the price i wanted. I regret that I didn't ask more questions, and refused to sign until I understood exactly what I was signing. It took ten minutes to make the handshake deal, then I waited in an office for four hours, again, I should have left. By the time I was signing papers, I was desperate to get out of there, and quickly signed what was put before me. If I had to do it all over, I would not have signed a lease at that price, but I'm stuck with it, and I have to live with it for three years. I'm not happy with my experience, More
I will never go for vehicle service. They tell you service is done and your vehicle was never touched. Or they tell you you brand new brakes at $ 1,400 you go get a 2nd opinion and they They tell you service is done and your vehicle was never touched.
