Hello Mr. Gonzalez. After speaking to you over the phone I mentioned that I would get with my shop Foreman and the Service Advisor that received your truck in regard to your concern and to make sure nobody had done anything that was outside of normal practice. They shared with me that when you arrived at the service center if you recall, the low oil pressure indicator was no longer on. From what I understand we took you in without an appointment due to the fact that you were out here for work and the dealership you purchased your truck from was out of state with the concern of driving it back to them. We connected the micro pod to scan and found no codes. My service advisor suggested or requested that you leave the vehicle longer so we could drive it in the following days and you agreed. We drove the vehicle on and off the highway to try to see if the oil pressure would drop. I do apologize for the seat being left in a reclined position by my tech helper as he was riding in the passenger seat analyzing data and looking for changes in your oil pressure on his laptop. I did have an appointment.i called on Monday morning and your receptionist gave me a Friday morning appointment. I have the text message conforming my appointment. But your technician didn't get to look at my truck till late on Friday almost closing time that's when your service adviser asked if I can leave the truck a few days longer
