This is a horrible dealership and they will rip you off. I told the salesman Rudy Alvarez that I am not willing to pay anything above the MSRP and I was not even interested in any deal that includes any add I told the salesman Rudy Alvarez that I am not willing to pay anything above the MSRP and I was not even interested in any deal that includes any add on price. He went to talk with his manager and came back saying it's a deal. He even wrote it down on a piece of paper showing me the price without any add on to the MSRP. I said OK. and we shook hands on the deal and he took me to Ivo, the finance person. We went over the contract with Ivo and since he and Rudy just discussed our agreement I was too trusting that I will be signing what we agreed on. That was a big mistake and it was my fault to thrust a car salesman. They have added $6,642 to the MSRP which I did not notice right away as Ivo was going through the contract signing fast. He has never mentioned that there was an add on to the MSRP. Ivo only gave me a usb drive as the copy of my contract and since I do not have a computer I could not look over the contract for several days until I was able to print it. That is when I noticed that they overcharged me. I have called and emailed Rudy, Ivo and Jimmy, the sales manager, many times for a couple of weeks but they have not replied. Finally I had an upset phone encounter with the receptionist and she promised that someone will call me back. One hour later Jimmy called me telling me that Rudy does not remember negotiating the price with me and basically it was my fault that I signed the contract and why didn't I double check what I was signing. I told him because I thought you guys were honest and that you would put on the contract what we agreed on. He said there was nothing he could do because I signed a legally binding contract. So, basically they legally screwed me and stole my money and Rudy does not remember anything. Stay away from these people. I noticed in the reviews that this has happened to other people as well. This is a shame on such a large dealership and their customer slogan. More
My experience with Crown Dodge has been a terrible one. I purchased a car from Aaron Lane who seemed to have been helpful in the beginning. When we agreed on a price I went over to Crown Dodge to pick up I purchased a car from Aaron Lane who seemed to have been helpful in the beginning. When we agreed on a price I went over to Crown Dodge to pick up the car and to finish the paper work. I met with the Finance person who offered a service contract at a cost of $895, which was for 8 oil changes and 8 Tire rotations. When the Finance manager completed the contract and I signed electronically he quickly completed the documentation and gave me a USB flash drive with the final contract and documentation. I failed to ask for a printed copy, I trusted Crown Dodge and it's personnel. Upon reviewing the contract I noticed the service contract was for 24 months instead of 48 months. I quickly called Aaron Lane and he said by text and phone that he would review the matter with the Finance manager. It's been a year and nothing has been done. I'm very disappointed with Aaron Lane and Crown Dodge for swindling me. But today I have put my experience in writing for all to see. So Buyer Beware, make sure to ask for a printed copy and review the contract before finalizing the transaction and ask questions if something seems odd. I will pursue legal matters and will update this post as progress proceeds. Hopefully, Crown Dodge management sees this post and will offer a reasonable solution. More
Bought a car in the Crown. But actually, they are cheated on me with the price of $3K. I asked the price outdoor but they showed the price before installed accessories. They showed rebates I have but it was on me with the price of $3K. I asked the price outdoor but they showed the price before installed accessories. They showed rebates I have but it was a fake. Do not recommend having a deal with them. I'm a fool and understood that after I've signed documents. Update: After I left a negative review in a Chrysler survey the manager of the Crown dealership called mу vehemently threatened me that I will never receive any service from his dealership following my review More
The worst, the sketchiest dealership I dealt with. Horrible sales tactics. Almost seems like It's a scam, not a real dealership. For over a week I've been trying to contact them to purchase a specific Horrible sales tactics. Almost seems like It's a scam, not a real dealership. For over a week I've been trying to contact them to purchase a specific car they had, they kept lying to me telling me that the car is out of stock, another salesperson telling me that the car is on a stock like a snip snap. Later they told me that the car is a demo car with 4k miles on it. On top of that, they refused to decrease the price since that should be the case with demo cars. Also, salesmen act like they hate the fact you called them for any help. Horrible, sketchy, unprofessional. Don't waste your time dealing with them. It almost seemed like they didn't want to sell the car. More

Very unprofessional environment I'm really disappointed on my experience from Been trying to reach someone at dealership again No one answers. Very unprofessional environment I'm really disappointed on my experience from beginning to end. I cannot recommend anyone to come to this dealership . Sales consultants Dakota doesnt know his product told me I had bought a V6 engine when in reality it was 2.0l turbo Rubicon which is fine since I had done my research he does not know his product can't answer my questions pushy make sure you know what you want before you step foot in this place or you will be taken advantage off. Eden in finance won't return my emails just made your money and ran. At This point I have to write this review on all sites due to the unprofessionalism from everyone at the dealership. Never thought that my expirience as a customer who just spent 67k on a vehicle be treated like this. Also never recieved a survey which means it was burned more than likely. Very dissapointed on the whole experience and I've been more than patient. Yet no one seems to care at this dealership Talk about just being a number More

I thoroughly enjoyed buying a car from Crown Dodge. Although there were one or two issues during my purchase, which is always the case when buying a car,Darren took care of everything. SNAKES!!! These guys are criminals. I went yesterday to their dealership to possibly buy a car from them. First off, their sales rep RUDY made me feel rushed in making a decision. Secondly, and the reason their dealership to possibly buy a car from them. First off, their sales rep RUDY made me feel rushed in making a decision. Secondly, and the reason I call them criminals, they ran my credit without my permission. In fact, I made it clear to them and told them at least 5 times not to run my credit because I already had my own financing; I had the check in hand, so there’s no need to run my credit, if I decide to buy. When I sat down with RUDY, he asked for my social and says it was just to do a soft pull for my credit history and I told him DO NOT RUN MY CREDIT! And sure enough, I find out after I left the dealer they did a hard inquiry on my credit and dropped my score. Don’t waste your time with these xxxxxxxx. Especially GARRET and RUDY who are the two sales reps I dealt with. SNAKES!!! More
On Monday, 9Aug, I called Crown Dodge/Jeep to make an appointment for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have been taking my car to Crown Dodge for the past 10 years. My reason for the appointment was beca appointment for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have been taking my car to Crown Dodge for the past 10 years. My reason for the appointment was because I noticed the engine light on, my turn signals weren’t working and it was due for routine oil and transmission service. I was transferred to Johnny Lemuz with whom I never dealt with. Johnny made my appointment for Tuesday, Aug 10 at 8 a.m. I arrived early that day and Johnny filled out the paperwork and said he would let me know what services were needed, how long it would take and also the estimated repair costs. Around 2:30 pm, Tuesday, Johnny called me back and said I needed numerous repairs (which I later found out to be 21), and the estimated charges were approximately $8,300. Needless to say, I was somewhat bewildered. My last service at Crown Dodge was in Feb 2020 when I brought it in for routine maintenance and the turn signals not working. At that time Crown Dodge suggested five maintenance issues which I had to delay because of Covid and recently going through cancer surgery and rehab. From Feb 2020 to the present (18 months), I have only driven a little more than 9,000 miles. I am retired from the military and 3 years away from turning 80. Anyway, I was very surprised to hear Johnny tell me what was needed. He assured me that my car would be good for the next ten years and all work was guaranteed for 3 years or 50,000 miles. After talking with Johnny Lemuz several times, I started to suspect that he is a real snake oil salesman. I don’t know if Johnny works on a commission or not, but maybe Crown Dodge also benefits by his dishonesty. Shame on Crown Dodge, if that’s the case. I feel many of the 21 work items he suggested, weren’t needed and were highly inflated. I hesitantly told Johnny to go ahead with the work because I need the car for doctors appointments, etc. On Wednesday, Aug 9th, I called Johnny again at least 5 times. My phone will attest to that. My reason for calling was to get an explanation on the bill for everything that needed to be done. He never returned my phone calls. Finally, late Wednesday, I called the service department and asked them to give Johnny a note to please call me back. He finally did on late Wednesday. I explained to him what I wanted and also asked him if Crown Dodge offered any senior or military discount. He told me no, but that he could give a VIP discount of 15 %.. To be honest, I feel that over the past 10 years that I dealt with your service department, that he is the most dishonest service rep I dealt with. The bill I paid when picking up my car on Friday, indicated me owing $5,764 just for labor at $170 per hour. (34 hrs labor). It’s rather ironic that if my car was there for only 2 1/2 days, the mechanic had to work on it more than 15 hours a day. Seems very strange! Also, picking up my car on Friday, I noticed that I didn’t get the 15% discount that Johnny said I would. Also, the first thing I noticed when starting the engine was the warning signal that the car was low on coolant. I immediately brought it to Johnny’s attention and he said that they just had to top off the coolant. I really have to question whether some of the work I was charged for probably wasn’t even done, but Johnny is making you and himself money, so that’s probably why you don’t care about his dishonesty. Shame on both of you!! I would very much want to discuss this matter with someone other than Johnny, because I feel I was really ripped off. Respectfully, Jim B More
