How I wish I could give negative stars to indicate how much you should NOT give this group of dishonest vultures your hard earned money. I was repeatedly told I could not purchase the vehicle for any much you should NOT give this group of dishonest vultures your hard earned money. I was repeatedly told I could not purchase the vehicle for anything less than MSRP. I went through Costco, and was then promised to get the Costco car purchasing price...$500 over invoice. I set up an appointment and after 60 minutes filling out paperwork, they tried a bait and switch...adding $1500 of "required" security devices and then said they would not honor the Costco price. Throughout it all the sales manager and sales staff were rude, condescending, and actually laughed at me as I walked out saying I'd never get anything under MSRP. I drove straight to Shaver Automotive in T.O. Now that's a class act. They honored exactly what they quoted me over the phone which was 8% under MSRP, didn't try any BS, and I was done in under an hour. If you want Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram, skip the dishonest thieves in Ventura and go to Shaver in T.O. More

I would not recommend this dealer. They snuck in too many fees that they had said came with the price of the car. They have the new thing called FOREVER WARRANTY. You have to pay the fee for that, it is an a fees that they had said came with the price of the car. They have the new thing called FOREVER WARRANTY. You have to pay the fee for that, it is an additional 5,000. It is mandatory by the way, they tell you it comes with the price listed on the car but it does not. Do not sign electronically because they make changes. They made changes on their screen and did not show up on my screen. They did not print out my paperwork and sent me home with a flash drive. Was able to view those extra fees and final price, when i finally got to a computer to print them out. The price was not the price i was shown when i signed. Do not go here! Biggest mistake i made. To top it off i had to take it in the next day to get serviced and they kept it for a week. This was a certified vehicle. This vehicle was supposed to pass those inspections. Clearly they had not been inspected. They said i would have to pay for some of the work that needed to be done even though thats part of the certification. They ended up saying i did not have to pay, it was supposedly their courtesy. All in all the worst experience with this purchase all together. More

Worst experience that I ever had, worst dealer in the county. I went in to check out a car once we sat down and went over the price and numbers like you usually do I got approved. After then all was done and said another sales guy named Jordan which has been here for years,not only did he even cared nor did finance department just to see how corrupt this dealer is. Short story short the other buyer was getting screw with 5k more so they decided to sell the car to him instead of me I was there first didn’t even know this was happening while my deal was getting approved , and put my deal in the trash even though was approved. I had good hopes for this dealer but will never ever ever buy a car here and the worst part I had bought 3 cars before here and recommended this to friends and family. 11/07/2020 More
